1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Luckywave website and the casino and sportsbook services made available through it (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Licence and jurisdiction. The Service is offered under a Curaçao / Anjouan licence. This is not a licence issued by the UK Gambling Commission. It is your responsibility to check that online gambling with an offshore operator is lawful where you live and that you are eligible to use the Service. The Service is not offered where it would be unlawful.
Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept it. Bonus offers have their own rules, which apply in addition to these Terms and prevail for that offer if they conflict. See also our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy.
2. Player Eligibility and KYC
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher legal age where you live) and have full legal capacity.
- You may play only for yourself, with funds that belong to you, and must give accurate, complete and current details when registering.
- Verification (KYC). We may ask for a passport or driving licence, proof of address such as a recent utility bill, and evidence that a payment method belongs to you. We explain which documents we accept, how to upload them securely and how long a review usually takes. Checks can delay payouts. Send documents only through your account area or a contact method published by us. Our privacy notice explains how your data is used and kept.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell support at once if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Employees of the operator, its affiliates and game providers, and persons who have self-excluded, may not play.
3. Accounts and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
- One account per person. Multiple accounts, shared accounts and accounts for the same household, device or payment method may be treated as duplicates. We may close duplicate accounts and void winnings and bonuses obtained through them.
- The Service must not be used for money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing or any other unlawful activity. We may monitor transactions, report suspicious activity to the competent authorities and freeze funds where required by law.
- Deposits must be genuine gambling stakes. Depositing and withdrawing with little or no play may be refused or reviewed.
- Bonus abuse, use of bots or automated tools, collusion, exploiting software errors and the use of VPNs or false location data to bypass restrictions are prohibited and can lead to forfeiture of funds and closure of the account.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
Each promotion lists its wagering multiplier, eligible games, expiry, maximum stake and any winnings cap, and some payment methods may be excluded. Please read the full terms before you claim a bonus. Current offers and bonus codes are shown on the home page and in the cashier.
Leaderboards and prize drops. We run leaderboard races, prize drops and seasonal tournaments for our players. Every event shows its dates, eligible games, entry rules, scoring, prizes and payout timing before you join. Taking part is always optional, and we ask you never to chase losses to climb a leaderboard.
If a promotion’s own terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion’s terms apply to that offer. We may withhold or cancel bonuses and winnings that result from a breach of these Terms.
5. Payments and Withdrawals
Our cashier lists the payment methods available to your account. Limits, currencies, fees and payout times can vary by location, account status and payment provider, and restrictions are shown before you deposit.

- Deposits. Only use payment methods registered in your own name. We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank, payment provider or blockchain network.
- Withdrawals. Withdrawals are normally paid back to the method used to deposit where possible. Minimum and maximum amounts, processing times and any wagering requirements are shown in the cashier or the relevant bonus terms. Cryptocurrency payouts depend on network confirmation.
- Checks. We may carry out identity and security checks before processing a withdrawal, and may cancel withdrawals made in error or in breach of these Terms.
- Errors. If funds or winnings are credited by mistake, including through a technical fault or a game malfunction, we may correct the balance, and bets placed on a malfunctioning game may be void.
- Dormant accounts. Accounts with no activity for an extended period may be closed in line with the rules published in your account area.
6. VIP Programme
Our VIP programme rewards regular play with tiered benefits under published rules. We explain how points are earned, when they expire and how levels change. VIP rewards never bypass account checks or safer-gambling measures, and you should never feel you have to raise your stakes to keep your status.
Cashback rules set out how it is calculated, any caps, the payment dates and the wagering that applies. Higher tiers can include personal hosts, faster withdrawal handling or tailored offers, where available. VIP status does not override account checks or safer-play rules. 7. Intellectual Property and Liability
Intellectual property. All content on the website, including the Luckywave name, logos, text, graphics and software, and the games supplied by third-party providers are protected by copyright and other rights and belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only for personal, non-commercial play. Copying, scraping, reselling or reverse-engineering any part of the Service is prohibited.
Liability. The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, interruptions caused by third parties or events outside our reasonable control, or decisions you make about gambling. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. You are responsible for your own gambling and for any taxes due on winnings where you live.
Breach and termination. We may suspend or close an account, withhold winnings and void bets if you breach these Terms or the law. You can close your account at any time by contacting support.
